To me, storytelling is advocacy.
Whether it be a feature on Latin America’s illicit organ trade or a travel profile of Rotterdam’s Cape Verdean diaspora (which was listed by GQ as a reason to be excited for the 2026 FIFA World Cup) I provide a platform to unreported stories and unheard voices.
In the process, I hope to uncover some clues about what it means to be human.
